Start of the contract

When does my contract start?

The contract starts when the equipment delivery and compliance report has been signed.

What does interim rent mean?

This pro-rata invoice covers the period between signing the delivery report and making the first rent payment under your contract.

How do I obtain a rent invoice?

The rents are collected according to a payment schedule, which serves as the invoice and was provided to you when your contract was set up.

During the contract

What should I do if I have a technical problem with the rental equipment?

The equipment supplier provides technical assistance and services included in the contract.
Please contact them directly.

How can I change the administrative details of my contract (IBAN, address, account holder)?

What happens if I sell my business?

It is possible to transfer your contract to the new owner. Contact our customer service department at +33 810 818 090 or fill out this form for more information. Please have your contract number ready.

What should you do if you cease trading?

You can either continue to pay the rent until the end of the contract or terminate it early by paying the total amount of the remaining rent, plus 10%.

Can the equipment be bought back at the end of the contract?

Our contracts do not include purchase options for customers.

Can I terminate my contract early?

Yes, you can do so by paying all remaining installments plus 10%. To find out the exact amount, send an email to coordination@leasecom.fr.

How can I terminate the contract?

Send a registered letter with return receipt to:

Leasecom – TSA 72003, 33689 MERIGNAC CEDEX, in accordance with the notice period specified in the general and specific terms and conditions of your contract.

What happens if I don't cancel the contract within the specified time frame?

The contract will be automatically renewed in accordance with the tacit renewal clause, allowing you to continue the rental under the same conditions.

How do I cancel the insurance linked to the contract?

The Lessee must provide the Lessor with proof of insurance within seven days of delivery of the first piece of equipment. This proof must specify coverage for mechanical breakdown and, where applicable, the agreed deductible amount. If this certificate is not received within the specified period, the Lessee irrevocably authorizes the Lessor to take out the group insurance policy offered by the Lessor on its behalf.
